Event Photography

Harrington Images is happy to offer coverage for private and corporate events for time frames ranging from 2-8 hours!

We offer tiered pricing for event coverage at a discount when compared to our standard portrait pricing.

  • The first 2-4 hours are covered at a rate of $150/hr

  • Each hour of coverage after is discounted to +$100/hr

  • We ask for a retainer fee of 50% to book your special day, which is non-refundable after 30 days following booking. The remaining balance is due the week following your event.

Your event package will include the following:

  • Digital photos available for purchase separately from private online gallery (On average your gallery will include 25-30 fully edited photos per hour of coverage).

  • Fast turnaround with photos delivered to your own private online gallery within two weeks

  • Up to two photographers* to ensure we capture even the finer details of your day (determined by size of event)

MILEAGE DISCLAIMER: Events located more than 5 miles from Oshkosh, WI are subject to a mileage surcharge of $0.65/mile roundtrip (we will credit the first 10 miles for free). We have a maximum travel distance/time of 1 hour away from Oshkosh.
